Swim Team Fees
Swim team fees pay for coaches, swimmer t-shirts, equipment, supplies, and use of the Saddle Creek pool. The swim team partners with Atlanta Swim Association (ASA). The ASA fees include insurance for each swimmer and coach.
Team Fees
(Ages 4-18)
Saddle Creek HOA Swimmer Fee: Total $167* per season
Swimmer $125 + ASA Fee $42
Non-Resident Swimmer Fee: Total $197* per season
Swimmer $125 + ASA Fee $42 + Non-Resident Fee $30
Late Registration Fees
ASA has an additional late fee of $20 for any registration after April 15.
Saddle Creek has an additional late fee of $15 for any registration after May 1.
Saddle Creek HOA Swimmer Fee (Late Registration): Total $202* per season
Swimmer $125 + ASA Fee $62 + Saddle Creek late fee $15
Non-Resident Swimmer Fee (Late Registration): Total $232* per season
Swimmer $125 + ASA Fee $62 + Saddle Creek late fee $15 + Non-Resident Fee $30
Sibling Discount: After 2 swimmers, each additional swimmer is $85. This discount does not apply to Little Dolphins.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after May 28. This is a firm date. Refunds requested before May 1- May 28 will be subject to a $20/swimmer processing fee. (This is to help offset any funds already purchased for swimmers by the swim) The ASA portion of the fees are not managed by Saddle Creek and are non-refundable by Saddle Creek.
Adjustments: Fees are not pro-rated for late-season signups, or for missed practices/meets due to camps, vacations, or inclement weather.

Little Dolphins Fees
(Ages 4-6)
- Each swimmer is $125 + $23 ASA Fee Total: $148* per season
- Non-Saddle Creek residents will have to pay an additional $30 non-resident fee.
- Little Dolphins are a separate registration and cannot be included with the multi-swimmer discount.
