Practice Work out if on Vacation

If your child is missing some swim team practices due to camps or vacations, here are some workouts designed to maintain endurance.    

A big part of swimming is building endurance!  Your swimmer does all of the following strokes in practice and should know what to do.

Of course swimming laps with a kickboard also helps!

5-6-year-olds

50 fr (flip turn)
