Practice Work out if on Vacation
If your child is missing some swim team practices due to camps or vacations but would like to keep up their endurance, here is a suggested workout that you can help them with if you have access to a pool. If it's a pool that does not have lanes, pick a section to swim and 1 length could count for a 25 and twice could count as a 50 (one length of Saddlebrook is 25 yards). A lot of swim is building up endurance! All of these are things your swimmer does in practice and should know what to do.
Of course swimming laps with a kickboard also helps!
