What should you do if your plans change last minute or you are running late?  Reply ALL to this email. The head coaches are on this email so hopefully one of the 3 of us will see it to see what is going on.  We may not see a text or call right away. 

Can you buy a swim cap tomorrow?  Yes!  You can buy still on the team store or with $13 in cash/check. We will have some at the swim meet.   

Bullpen parents: if you do not want to sit on the ground, I recommend bringing a pop-up chair.  Some pools leave out their furniture and some stack them. Sometimes it's good to bring one regardless of you have part of the meet that you are not working. 

6 & Under parents:  recommend eating after they finish their races.  They may not have enough time to eat since they finish earlier. Other new parents, we can help you in the bullpen understand good times to eat. 

Swimtopia App:  Our website does have an app.  You can see your swimmer's entries.  It does have a paid version of $2.99 for the month--I got alerts after my kid's mock meet times were entered this week, and the paid version may send an estimated time when your swimmer should be coming up (if there are no unexpected delays).  After we complete the season, if you pay for the paid version, I will try to send out an email to cancel it when I cancel mine.  I cannot guarantee it's worth it, but I know from previous seasons some of you like to the times quickly.

Do we come to practice and to the meet?  This is your call and makes the call based on your family's needs, however, if you are new to swim meets, Thursdays coaches talk to the swimmers about their events so it's a good time for your swimmers to ask any questions they may have.  They will still swim some.  Tomorrow's practice is also a good time to read this email, and the links and to ask me or other parents like Jordan, Mary, Alice Brackner, or Liz Freck any questions you may have.
