Great Meet Everyone!

Thank you guys for showing up and getting in place to help get it all running smoothly. 

Results: If you have the app, you can see your swimmer's times. There's also a PDF loaded into  If your swimmer was in an event that had multiple heats AND they were in heat 2 or higher, you will not see a place by their name.  

Why is this?  Only the 1st heat in an event can be a scoring heat for each event against the other team (not every team will have swimmers in other heats).   Other heats still get placements for their heats as 1st-6th.  Your swimmer can see their placements on their ribbons if they were in heat 2, 3, 4, or 5. Swimmers do not care about what heat they are in, they just care about those ribbons!  The results given to us do not list events by heats, but we are able to print award labels by heats 

Crooked Creek used this program last year so some of their swimmers have times in their system.  Scrolling through the events in the app, some of their swimmers have a -1.20 or a +3.2 to show if a swimmer has improved their personal time or not.  We will watch next week to see if any of our swimmers improve now that they have times in this new system. 

The coaches will have donuts and ribbons at Fun Friday tomorrow.  Ribbons are in a file box and every FAMILY has a folder. If you have multiple swimmers, your swimmers will all be in the same folder.  Yes, you can come if you were not at the meet!
