Team!

Can you believe it?  It's our last meet!  Things are only slightly different tomorrow because we have the other team coming.  Because we are the home team, our warmups will begin at 4:30.  So do your best to arrive by 4:15.  If you are late, just prep your swimmer so that they may miss warmups.  Away teams always warm up at 5 PM.  

As always, please alert us as soon as possible to any change of plans.  If for some reason, you are sliding into the meet at 5:20, letting us know is very helpful. 

Mary will welcome you at the volunteer check-in as normal.  Please let her know by responding to this email or at check-in if you or anyone in your family has extra hands to help us out.  Lots of help keeps the meet flowing smoothly and quickly--we appreciate everyone who has already told us they can help extra! 

There is a chance of rain(but that's most days in the summer!).  If it is a light rain with no thunder, the meet must go on. Please remember if we have a thunder delay it is 30 minutes--please don't leave until the meet is officially called-- official canceling will be sent through email. Rain or shine, we are selling CFA and hotdogs and we would love to sell them out!

It is possible that I will be donating some leftover concessions to the food bank. Many swim teams do try to contribute to their community during their season (I dropped the ball on this).  If you would like to add items to donate to the North Fulton Charity food bank, I'll add them to our items--bring on Wednesday at the party.  It is optional, but I know food banks have been hit hard with increased prices. Maybe you have unexpired items in your pantry that your family just isn't going to eat or you can replace them on your next run. 

Medals and ribbons not able to be picked up on Wednesday:  Can be picked up off my porch at 260 Saddle Lake Drive.  My porch is covered, therefore, I will likely leave both out for a couple of weeks.  Medals do not have individual names on them. 

Make sure to grab your lost and found items out of the laundry baskets on the deck.  Our pool volunteers do not keep the items around long so check the baskets tomorrow and Wednesday!
