Hey parents!

I've been meaning to send this for a few days, but it's just been something I've not gotten to on my to-do list. 

We are looking for one more 13 or turns 13 in the next 6 months swimmer who would be interested in coaching to shadow our coaches THIS WEEK.  Shadowing involves volunteering to come to most practices and the meet the week they are shadowing.  Little Dolphins begins at 8:15 AM.  Reply to this email if your swimmer would like the spot this week to shadow. We will give it to the first responder.  

NEXT week we can have 3 swimmers shadow.  Shadowing is the first step to showing us interest in coaching and gives a little hands on experience. 

Swimmers who do NOT live in Saddle Creek:  there are rules involving non-club coaches that are out of our control.   We are allowed a very limited number of coaches from outside of Saddle Creek. They do this to keep teams from recruiting teen swimmers from other teams to be paid coaches, as all teams are desperate for teen swimmers.  Due to high interest in coaching this year, Mary Kenny and I will be working on next year's application process and helping you guys understand the process and spots that will be open next year.
