Can you believe it's time for swim team to begin today?

Send your swimmers in shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. They will have a dryland practice to learn the coach's names, the coaches to learn their names, and for the coaches to go over a few rules. We will be in the water tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17th-the pool looks great!    The kids may be in the sun for the 4:30 practice so some may need sunscreen.    Click here for the practice schedule. 

IMPORTANT I will have a parent meeting in the tennis stand under the shade while your kids are getting to know the coaches. Head there after dropping off your kiddos.  There are a lot of things to absorb with the swim team and the meeting will help inform you quickly of all the things you need to know and where you can find information.

If you are missing today's meeting, the information will be emailed, I'll be glad to have another meeting next Monday (5/23).

Wednesday, May 25th: we will have a Mock Meet. Everyone will need to arrive by 5 PM. This is a practice meet and will be helpful for swimmers, coaches, and parents to see how a meet runs. I will go over today how to sign up for the Mock meet and how to sign up for jobs. Concessions will be sold at this meet (the number one question from the kids!).

As stated in your registration, there are no refunds after May 26th. This is a hard stop because most fee money is already committed to expenses by the end of this week. Issuing refunds after we have committed funds is difficult for the team!

Little Dolphins will not begin until Tuesday, May 31st at 8:30 AM.  I will be at that practice to answer any of your questions or shoot me an email before.

We will be selling parent t-shirts and ordering at the end of this week for $13. It will be a white version of the kid's t-shirts that we will show you today. You can order with exact cash, check, or pay through the website store. We will not be able to order any after this week.

As always, if you are a previous family that is not registering and would like off these emails, please email me to be taken out of our system.
